Administrative Officer

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and running errands.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate office space usage and set up for meetings and events.

Compliance:

  • Work hand and hand with the Compliance officer/s to ensure all government related compliance are attended and complied with in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and Transact with Local Government Units in permits, clearances, and other requirements.
  • Preparation, filing, and documentation of the necessary requirements for said transactions.
  • Keep up-to-date references of the government units’ processes and procedures relating to corporate registrations and compliance.

Office Facility & Maintenance:

  • Coordinating with Building Admin when needed
  • Maintaining the appearance of interiors and exteriors.
  • Conducting routine inspections, diagnosing problems, and repairing various issues like plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Implementing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of equipment.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests and addressing urgent issues
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fire safety measures.
  • Keeping records of maintenance activities and completed work.

Requirements

  • Must be a College Degree or Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Experience in processing to any government agencies like BIR, DOLE, & PEZA, etc.
  • Excellent Communication and Coordination
  • Basic Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames.
  • Willing to travel or do liaison Task
  • Amenable to work onsite on a flexible schedule
