We need a detail-oriented, resourceful, and reliable Administrative Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

You'll wear many hats in a lean startup environment. As a bootstrapped company, we don't have layers of specialized staff. Some days you'll be coordinating hiring, other days you'll be managing supplies or jumping in on a stretch project. If you thrive on variety and get energized by tackling different challenges, you'll love it here. If you prefer a highly specialized role with clear boundaries, this might not be the right fit.
Process and consistency are non-negotiable. We're a process-driven company because that's our competitive advantage. You'll need to follow our established systems religiously and maintain meticulous attention to detail. We don't reinvent the wheel on recurring tasks ‒ we perfect the process once and apply it consistently.
Responsiveness matters deeply. We expect responses within hours on Zoom and within a business day by email. You'll need to close every communication loop by confirming completion or passing the ball to the next person. If you're someone who lets messages sit or forgets to follow up, you'll struggle here.
Accountability is how we grow. When something goes wrong, we don't point fingers. We ask what we could have done differently and how we can capture those lessons into our processes.
