This role is critical to the daily operations of the business and will support various administrative, financial, and recruiting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. This position requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across different functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage payroll processes
  • Handle daily office administration: check mail, manage shipping, order office supplies, coordinate vehicle maintenance
  • Oversee purchasing cycle and generate purchase orders
  • Process vendor payments (Accounts Payable)
  • Coordinate new client onboarding (COI, forms, documentation)
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
  • Support financial reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks
  • Proactively manage CEO inbox, scheduling, and arrangements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in El Salvador or Nicaragua
  • Must be 27 years of age or older.
  • Completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in administrative roles
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
