  • Assist with connecting with local resources such as housing, drivers, and vehicles.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks and providing operational support to factory teams.
  • Coordinating business travel, reservations, and supplier interactions.
  • Assist with basic office administrative work. Managing document flow, preparing basic reports, and supporting office processes.
  • Assisting in creating and implementing administrative procedures for a newly established facility
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and shared spaces.


Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Fluency in Chinese, Polish, and English (C1 level)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and independence in daily tasks.
  • Good knowledge of local resources, networks, and service providers in the Wrocław / Magnice / Wałbrzych area.
  • Experience in administrative or office work (experience in a production or international environment is a plus).
  • Ability to work with documents, reports, and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a responsible approach to work.
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and support processes being built from the ground up in a new factory.
