Serverfarm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support with day-to-day responsibilities on-site. As the administrative assistant, you will provide vital administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities within the global administrative function and our Headquarters. You will have a proven track record in coordinating communication, managing processes, and action tracking.
**This position is based in our El Segundo, CA office - Full-Time with 8AM-5PM hours.**
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors (phone, email, in-person, badges)
Coordinate with site administrators on ordering for the sites
Lead and support all of the site administrators across North America in consolidating and maintaining processes
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
Ensure office equipment is maintained and liaise with service providers as needed
Assist management with general administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
2-3 years proven experience in an administrative or office support role or Bachelor's Degree equivalent
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead others in creating and maintaining processes
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
