Significance, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Manager to support our growing team. This is a remote position that requires an Active Secret Clearance.
The Administative Manager will provide mid-level administrative and operational management support to NIWC Pacific Codes 10000 (Finance) and 80000 (Corporate Operations). This role is responsible for coordinating administrative programs, managing documentation workflows, supporting executive-level meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and reporting requirements.
The position supports divisions such as Total Force Management, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Council, and other operational units by managing records, tracking awards and personnel actions, coordinating recruiting activities, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining reporting systems. The Manager, Admin acts as a liaison between government leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of administrative operations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of administrative management or program coordination experience
Experience supporting executive-level leadership in a federal or DoD environment
Strong organizational and workflow management skills
Experience preparing and coordinating:
Meeting agendas
Briefing materials
Status reports
Action item trackers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience managing documentation in collaboration platforms such as:
SharePoint
Confluence
Microsoft Teams
Ability to track and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience coordinating events, ceremonies, or workforce programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in environments handling CUI and sensitive administrative data
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (if required by assigned division)
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting Navy, NAVWAR, or NIWC Pacific organizations
Familiarity with:
Total Force Management processes
Civilian awards programs
Workforce development or recruiting initiatives
Portfolio or governance boards
Experience supporting Balanced Scorecard or strategy management initiatives
Knowledge of Navy ERP administrative or manpower modules
Experience tracking funding packages or Workforce Acceptance Agreements (WAAs)
Familiarity with DoD administrative compliance requirements
Prior experience coordinating cross-functional working groups or executive forums
