Job Overview: ABC Legal is looking to hire an Administrative Lead for our Process Server team in Arizona. This role provides real-time operational support to process servers in the field, helping ensure service-of-process work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with court rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real‑time support to process servers by managing inbound phone calls, emails, and text communications.
• Ensure servers remain current with required service documents and proofs by offering timely guidance and updates.
• Assist with correcting documents, resolving proof-of-service issues, and troubleshooting application or system-related problems.
• Answer detailed questions related to service-of-process procedures and court rules, with a focus on Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in working with databases, data sources, and multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure related to service of process.
• Ability to make decisions based on court rules and service-of-process policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain procedural requirements.
• Patience, active listening skills, and the ability to recognize and respond to frustration effectively.
• Previous experience as an Arizona process server or within a process service company preferred.

Schedule: Full-Time, 8am-5pm MST

Pay:$43,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

Location: Remote, but must be located in Arizona.
