We are seeking a hands-on, technically proficient Administrative & Facility Affairs Specialist to oversee the complete physical operations of our production facility.
Taking full ownership of the building’s structural and operational integrity. This includes overseeing all hard services such as HVAC, elevators, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Ensuring that all building systems are maintained to prevent any structural or technical failures (e.g., roof leaks, flooring issues, or equipment malfunctions).
Acting swiftly to resolve any facility-related issues to ensure zero downtime in production.
Coordinating with external service providers (security, cleaning, catering) and technical contractors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative Affairs specifically within a manufacturing/production environment.
Experience in building management, facility maintenance, and leading technical teams.
Fluent knowledge of English and Turkish.
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent decision making skills.
