What will you be doing in this role?

  • Organise knowledge assets and oversee the life cycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing, and maintaining assets.
  • Facilitate sharing, collaboration and communication of knowledge.
  • Filter and prioritise meeting requests, manage room bookings for meetings and briefings.
  • Apply advanced features and functions of all key office products.
  • Contribute to administration improvements and best practices.
  • Support the team with managing Excel files and analysing data.
  • Create and maintain the team SharePoint site.
  • Consolidate ServiceNow and Oracle data relating to CPMO funding.
  • Monitor time accounting and ensure it is submitted in a timely manner by the team.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3-years related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years related experience.
  • Proven experience in working independently and applying appropriate judgement when handling confidential materials.
  • Experience in drafting accurate and concise minutes, reports, documents, etc.
  • Experience in the application of strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with staff at various levels and across departments.
  • Experience in content management and document management systems using metadata.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in English at least at a level C1.
