About your role

Juniper Square is seeking an exceptionally organized, highly proactive Administrative Business Partner to provide strategic support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a senior role that combines executive support with critical operational responsibilities, focusing on managing the organizational flow, meeting cadence, and materials for the CFO's office.

You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency and execution across the CFO's priorities. This requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish structure and consistency within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Support: Manage and prioritize the CFO's calendar, meetings, and travel, while also preparing agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials, and helping to foster a positive team culture through recognition and engagement initiatives.

  • Meeting & Operational Support: Own and maintain the weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting rhythms, including capturing notes, decisions, and action items, ensuring accountability through follow-up, and managing all related decks, documentation, timelines, and workflows to ensure the smooth execution of key CFO projects.

  • Decks & Materials: Maintain standard templates and organize materials for recurring meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), while coordinating updates from leaders and formatting slides to ensure clarity and consistency across all presentations.

  • Board & Lender Support: Manage the entire production lifecycle for board and lender packets, including oversight of timelines, input collection, and strict version control, and assemble and format all materials (excluding confidential compensation).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Legal, GTM, RevOps, and Product teams to keep key programs on track, providing support through research, summaries, and preparatory work as needed.


Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of direct experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven calendar mastery, exceptional organization, and follow-through.

  • Expert at managing input cycles and preparing/formatting recurring presentation decks.

  • High-judgment decision-making under pressure, superior written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism with confidential information.

  • A self-starter with grit and execution force who operates independently with minimal oversight. Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.

  • Experience implementing new processes to optimize time, excellent problem-solving skills, and practical project management experience.

  • Experienced in managing complex travel and logistics.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
