To do what?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role within Sleek by helping the operations team in delivering its mission: make the lives of business owners easier by helping them in their daily back office tasks!
More specifically?
- Perform a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, incoming and outgoing mail handling, documentation scanning and filing and office maintenance etc.
- Government forms preparation and submission
- Assist with receptionist services (occasional) and handle phone calls
- Support the operations team on general administration tasks
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the operations team
Who are you?
- High Diploma or above in business-related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good computing skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel and Word
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, independent, detail-minded, mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasking
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduates will be considered
