Administrative Assistant ( Seidor One- Dubai)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with data entry and database updates
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks
  • Receive asset handover at time of employee exit from the company
  • Monitor pantry and office supplies and updating the data in the report on monthly bases
  • Receive and book courier to receive cheques/ documents from the customer
