Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our three co-founders in making their days as efficient and smooth as possible. This person should have exceptional organization skills and the ability to proactively tackle tasks to unblock & support the founders. What you’ll do 🎨

• Perform administrative tasks including: complex calendar management, preparing expense reports and partnering with multiple teams to resolve any logistical issues
• Coordinate total travel including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas and other travel documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and maintain focus on initiatives, projects and programs

What you’ll need 💻

• 2+ years experience providing direct administrative support to 1 or more executives or senior leadership, including calendar management, expense reports, and coordinating travel logistics
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and follow-through on tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment, prioritizing and juggling multiple projects
• Ability to handle information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
• Tools: Google Suite
• Experience with event planning is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000
