Position Description

Cinemo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office Team. This is a part-time, onsite position, and presence in the office on Mondays and Fridays is essential. We are looking for a well-organized and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes positively to our office culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome and host customers, visitors, and guests while managing front desk operations
  • Handle mail, deliveries, shipping, and office supply management
  • Coordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service providers and suppliers
  • Organize business travel arrangements for employees and applicants
  • Support HR with onboarding activities for new employees
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and office initiatives

What you will need to succeed:

  • Education in hospitality, business administration, or a related commercial field
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • High reliability, attention to detail, and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in both German and English
