Responsibilities

  • Greeting incoming clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Relaying all phone messages and voicemails to the appropriate person
  • Keep lobby area, front desk, conference rooms and breakrooms organized and clean
  • Keep up with Office Inventory
  • Run errands when needed
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Provide general administrative and scheduling assistance
  • Provide analytical support
  • Serve as communication liaison for client needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
