Speakit is currently seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in-office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

As an Administrative Assistant at Speakit, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing office operations, and assisting with specific projects and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

In this administrative assistant role, you will have to:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Work alongside with the HR & payroll manager on specific projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support HR & people operation activities (company events, office happenings etc)

Requirements

In order to become the administrative assistant we are looking for, you should have:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google sheets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely
