Responsibilities
In this administrative assistant role, you will have to:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Work alongside with the HR & payroll manager on specific projects
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support HR & people operation activities (company events, office happenings etc)
Requirements
In order to become the administrative assistant we are looking for, you should have:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google sheets
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely
