About Gen-e2

AI-First Product Engineering — Reinvented

Your Role

As our Administrative Assistant in Mexico, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the growth of our organization. Your responsibilities will involve a blend of administrative duties, financial processes, and engagement in recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized files and records.
• Assist in financial processes, including invoicing, billing, and assisting with budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain office management protocols to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting candidate follow-ups, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
• Provide support in preparing documents and reports for management meetings.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees and assist in training and development initiatives.
• Attend to office supplies and inventory management to ensure office functionality.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement by seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, particularly in recruitment and human resources.

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of financial processes and billing systems, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology and various software tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow, particularly in recruitment and human resources.
• In-person option in Polanco (WeWork Lomas - Virreyes), Mexico City
