If you have a passion for working on texts in detail, spotting typing-, content- and formatting errors when reading, understanding legal requirements and their language, the role of an Administration Specialist - or, as we call them at MD7, a Lease Processor - may be exactly what you are looking for. 
 
As a Lease Processor you complete leasing contracts according to provided templates and support our Inside Sales team with the execution of those documents. Add your creativity to our processes and the needs of our internal and external customers on a daily basis to ensure fast execution of documents. Displaying the ability to work independently while actively influencing team dynamics, using good time management techniques, and exercising initiative. 

DAY-TO-DAY

  • Preparation of Lease Agreements: Prepare diverse amendments to lease agreements as re-negotiated by our inside sales team; Oversee the distribution and return of executed leases within given timeframes
  • Quality controlEnsure errors in lease amendments are kept to a minimum; liaise with other departments to correct possible errors
  • Achieving Deadlines: Working to deadlines assigned by the Company with the highest amount of attention to detail
  • Reviewing DocumentsReview signed agreements returned by the landlord to ensure their accuracy and that all necessary documentation is provided 
  • Data entry: Enter data from negotiated agreements into Client Databases

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent spoken and written German language skills
  • Basic spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to review documents for accuracy
  • Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required
  • The ability to be self-motivated with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is helpful
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
