We’re excited to share a role that keeps our workplace running smoothly, supports our teams, and helps create a welcoming, organized environment for everyone who steps through our doors. Also, keep in mind this is a 100% onsite role. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with document management, filing systems and correspondence

    • Support basic invoice handling and administrative record-keeping

    • Help manage calendars, meetings and internal coordination tasks

  • Office Operations
    • Support mail handling, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveries

    • Assist with office supply management, including inventory checks and ordering

    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office-related services

    • Support general office organization and ensure a tidy, functional workspace

    • Provide day-to-day support to employees on administrative topics

  • Front Desk & Visitor Support
    • Support visitor management, including welcoming guests and coordinating with hosts

    • Assist with registrations, issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs

  • Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Support office projects and administrative initiatives as needed

    • Assist the Admin Team with ongoing improvements to processes and systems

  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Clear, friendly communication style and a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, reliable and eager to learn new things
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and setting priorities
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • English at C1 level; German at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage
