We’re looking for two new Finance Administrators to join our Dutch team in Poeldijk, on a permanent basis. 

These roles provides essential administrative and reporting support to the Finance team at Westfalia Fruit International. The Finance Administrator will support routine financial reporting, data validation, and cost tracking activities, helping ensure accurate, timely information is available to support business operations. This role is well suited to someone early in their finance career who is looking to develop core finance skills within a growing international organisation.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Support preparation and maintenance of financial data and basic reports using Excel, Power BI, and internal systems
  • Validate financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and source systems
  • Assist in identifying trends, variances, and data issues, escalating findings where appropriate
  • Respond to routine finance and operational data requests
  • Support the preparation of management reports and KPI dashboards
  • Track and report volume data and selected non-financial KPIs
  • Maintain reporting templates and ensure timely submission of standard reports
  • Assist with cost tracking and basic variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate financial records to support cost control and review processes
  • Support group and regional reporting, consolidations, and finance systems in line with established procedures

Requirements

  • Studying towards or interested in pursuing an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a finance administration, accounts assistant, or similar entry-level finance role is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with good numerical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and manage routine financial tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and develop finance and reporting skills within a structured environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
  • Exposure to IFRS, consolidation tools, or ERP systems is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
