Admin support Lead Generation Specialist in Recruitment

We’re on the hunt for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive our client acquisition process. Your mission will be to pinpoint prospective clients, reach out through emails or social channels, and then hand off promising leads to our Canada-based team for follow-up discussions. We need someone with a knack for spotting high-potential opportunities in the market, drawing on consulting or similar experience, even though you won’t be the one making the final calls once interest is sparked.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead Handoff: Pass engaged prospects (such as HR professionals, hiring managers, or executives) to our Canadian team for phone follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Research Potential Clients: Scout LinkedIn and other platforms for job listings that signal a need for recruitment support.
  • Maintain Prospect Database: Track outreach attempts, responses, and key details meticulously to ensure a flawless transition to the Canada team.
  • Engage and Qualify: Initiate contact via messages or emails to assess interest and hiring demands.

Requirements

  • Comfort with Remote Sales Tools: Prior use of CRM or lead-management software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Consulting or Related Experience: A background in recognizing business needs and offering solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Capable of thriving independently while hitting lead generation goals in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong Communication: Top-notch written English skills for crafting emails and messages.
  • Excellent English Skills
