The Senior Admin & Facilities Partner - Night Shift is responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing all administrative and facilities operations during night hours. This role provides operational leadership, ensures service continuity, manages escalations, and drives compliance, safety, and employee experience across night shift operations. The role also mentors P2-level team members and acts as a key liaison between vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
Facilities Oversight & Operations
Oversee end-to-end facilities operations during the night shift to ensure uninterrupted services.
Proactively identify infrastructure risks, service gaps, and operational issues; drive timely resolution
Coordinate and supervise emergency, breakdown, or critical maintenance activities during night hours.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards across facilities services.
Housekeeping & Hygiene Management
Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Conduct audits, validate checklists, and ensure corrective actions are implemented for identified gaps.
Coordinate with vendors for service improvements specific to night shift requirements.
Security & Safety Management
Oversee security operations including access control, patrolling, surveillance, and emergency readiness.
Act as the escalation authority for security incidents during night shift operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and emergency response protocols and conduct periodic drills if require
Cafeteria, Pantry & Employee Amenities
Ensure smooth functioning of cafeteria and pantry services during night hours.
Monitor service quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
Analyze employee feedback and coordinate with vendors for continuous service improvement.
Transport & Employee Safety
Oversee night shift transportation operations, including vendor performance and safety compliance
Act as the escalation point for critical transport issues and employee safety concerns
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to night shift transportation.
People & Stakeholder Management
Mentor and guide P2 Admin & Facilities Partners during the night shift.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Security, Facilities leadership) for issue resolution
Support employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing night shift employee experience.
Reporting, Compliance & Handover
Review MIS, incident reports, and compliance documentation prepared during the shift.
Ensure structured and comprehensive handovers to day shift teams.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to night shift operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
4–7 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or operations.
Experience managing vendors and night shift operations
Strong coordination, leadership, and escalation management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic MIS reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience leading night shift facilities or admin teams.
Strong understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure situations independently.
