Profile

We are looking for a well-rounded Corporate Secretary Intern to aid our growing business in Singapore! This position would suit someone who is forward-thinking and has the desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment. As Sleek offers a full digital experience to all its clients, you will be an active actor of the full digital transformational journey of the Corporate Secretary business.

We are looking for a passion for understanding business owners, entrepreneurs and investors and the ability to creatively articulate their problems. You will translate these client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning results. You should have excellent brand-building and communications skills, ideally gained in a fast-moving online start-up environment. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer expectations, within a firm that cares deeply about creating client happiness and aiming at being recognized by them as a World Class Service provider. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player and excited about the role you can play in creating Singapore’s most loved Corporate Secretary for business owners, entrepreneurs and investors.



Position Duties

  • Report to the Corporate Secretary Department and be available and approachable for clients.
  • Deliver quality service to clients, ensuring timeliness, accurate billings, client relationship management, and overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan work effectively and efficiently, providing deliverables in accordance with the scope of services and timelines.
  • To gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' operations, processes, and business objectives, using that knowledge in your engagements.
  • Seeking guidance from senior team members when dealing with complex client requests, working together to resolve issues in the most appropriate manner.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired strategic outcomes.
  • Perform tasks with efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and knowledge.
  • Adhere to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast paced and tech-driven organisation.
  • Understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance will be a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.
  • Resourceful and able to work with various productivity software to facilitate daily work
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to adapt & be agile and can contribute to process improvement efforts.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
