Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing and scanning documents.
  • Accurately input data and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
  • Handle hotline inquiries.
  • Perform outdoor tasks such as collecting and delivering mail and documents.
  • Conduct various clerical tasks, including document verification and data entry.
  • Perform any Ad-Hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Macau Permanent Resident.
  • Form 5 graduate or higher.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Students, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
