Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Associate / EA to support a variety of essential tasks across our business functions. This role requires a motivated individual with a very positive and “can do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the organization across multiple areas of executive assistance, logistics planning, and Linkedin/business development outreach support. This role will primarily work with the Jay, the co-founder of the fund.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning Jay’s inbox and helping sort, organize, and draft replies
  • Manage his calendar and scheduling for 1:1 chats
  • LinkedIn Scraping and Research: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to gather and organize data for marketing and sales efforts.
  • Set up outreach using Jay’s LinkedIn to prospects.
  • Coordinate data reporting with our internal fund admin
  • Presentation Design: Create polished and visually engaging decks for internal and external use.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with scheduling, logistics, and execution of in-person and virtual events (e.g., Zoom webinars).
  • Logistics and Operations Support: Manage logistics for events, from coordinating venues to handling virtual setups.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support other back-office tasks as needed.

  • Positive attitude: no task is too small. Open to tackling tasks quickly and accurately
  • Detail oriented: careful to double check the work to ensure accuracy
  • Knowledgeable about tools: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Creative Thinker: An eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing presentations
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent Communication is a must both written and verbal
  • Can work with Jay during the hours of: 10AM to 7PM ET

Compensation: 900-1000 USD.
