Ad Sales Assistant - Internship (m/f/d) - March

We are looking for a super motivated person to join our Ad Sales department, responsible for selling digital advertising activations, starting in March.

The team deals with media agencies but also directly with advertisers.

Your role will be to assist the Ad sales team in developing and presenting advertising solutions. You will work with internal teams and external media agencies to help manage execution of these programs.

What you will do:

• Assisting sales staff on a daily basis with the sale of their media activations 
• To ensure rigorous monitoring of advertising campaigns, from implementation through to the weekly assessment of figures
• Analyse advertising campaigns and share best practices and recommendations to partners
• Liaise with the Ad Ops team to ensure proper campaign delivery as per partner requirements
• Working with internal team: marketing, production
• Assist during client meetings

This role is excellent for a person with:

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Business or Communication
• Microsoft Office or G Suite have no secret for you
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English
• Excited to work within a music oriented environment
• Good organizational skills 
• Rigor and autonomy 
• Experience within a media agency would be a plus
