We are seeking a talented Ad Operations Manager (Publisher Success) to help us manage the portfolio of assigned supply and demand clients, including onboarding, developing customer relationships, promoting and upselling the company's products, and increasing margin profit through performance optimization.
What You’ll Do:
Supply:
Onboarding of new publishers
Introduction to the client at the stage of negotiations
Creating an account and widgets
Overseeing integration
Troubleshooting
Upselling new formats for publishers
Demand:
Conducting Dashboard onboarding (platform Q&A)
Learning details about the client’s product/service, understanding the main KPIs
Proposing new product formats (features) or budget increases on the next contract
Analyzing the general client's account to propose changes to current campaigns and strategies for new ones
Reviewing daily/total budgets
Promoting extras (AI features and tools) to reach maximum autonomy and performance for the client’s campaigns
Creating Weekly reports about the pace/performance and suggestions for adjustments (if needed)
Presenting results of the client's campaign on monthly/ quarterly BR calls
Campaign Implementation & Optimization (Execution Focus):
Launch & Moderation: Manage the end-to-end process of campaign implementation. This includes setting up campaigns, managing budgets, and performing day-to-day campaign moderation (content checks, compliance verification, and creative approval) according to internal workflow rules
Performance Execution: Execute all internal and external campaign optimization activities (bid adjustments, pacing, targeting refinement) to achieve campaign KPIs (CPC, CPM, CPA) as defined by the client
Technical Problem-Solving: Actively monitor campaign pacing and delivery. Proactively troubleshoot technical issues related to ad code implementation, pixel tracking, post-back tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Tune), and system bugs, initiating solutions with the Technical Department
Who You Are:
Experience in AdTech/MarTech - 3 years+
Knowledge and understanding of global advertising market tendencies and trends, modern technology and technology evolution forecasts
General knowledge of Client Service
Proficiency in complexities of the digital advertising marketplace, including both direct and programmatic channels, understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)
Understanding of digital advertising terminology (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, targeting, macros, retargeting)
Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and business intelligence tools (Tableau) and AI tools
Experience in conducting A/B tests
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate quantitative details into clear, succinct summaries and recommendations for peers, sales, and executive audiences
Self-driven with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a deadline-oriented environment
