Ad Operations Associate Manager, Media

As an Ad Operations Associate Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on driving efficiency and ROI through data-driven optimization, close KPI management, and continuous experimentation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns aligned with client business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute full-funnel communication campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time based on KPIs to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
  • Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations for budget allocation and strategy adjustment.
  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across channels, including SEM, paid social, display, video, and affiliate.
  • Set and manage KPIs aligned with client business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Execute, optimize, manage and monitor campaign performance and profit.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign roadmaps based on product and business goals.
  • Drive ongoing A/B testing and experimentations to optimize creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or media preferred)
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in digital media positions, and at least 2 years in leader/senior position. 
  • Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn for clients and perform complicated campaign analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • Good business sense and the ability to manage budget
  • Strong understanding of all media types, with a strong focus on digital
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers.
  • Researching, critical & logical thinking, teamwork
  • Good at verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics 4, GTM) would be an added advantage 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good command in English
