Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an Ad Hoc Events Specialist to provide tactical onsite support for professional services and consulting industry events taking place across Las Vegas. The role requires senior stakeholder and c-suite level engagement. The Events Specialist will act as an extension of the company during high-profile corporate events.

What you will do:

  • Support onsite event setup and breakdown across various Las Vegas locations.
  • Manage guest check-in and registration processes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Serve as point of contact during events for executives, senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Provide logistical support to guests throughout the event as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure event requirements are executed accurately.
  • Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Represent the organization professionally as an extension of the company at all times.
  • Support information and guest flow management to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Experience supporting corporate or professional services events.
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, senior stakeholders and partner-level clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide tactical, hands-on event support in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization at high-profile events.
  • Ability to problem solve and find resolution for unforeseen logistical matters during on event activities as well as pre and post events.
  • Ability to keep client/clientele experience top of mind.
  • Experience working with event vendors and venue crews.
  • Availability for ad hoc assignments between March and December 2026, primarily during weekdays with occasional weekend events.
  • Background in events and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Must reside locally in Las Vegas area.
