Ad Creative Designer (B2B - Meta)

Creative Designer (Meta Ads + Social Design)

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to help scale Huzzle, a VC-backed company growing 37% MoM in a massive market. You’ll work directly with the founders and growth team to move fast.

You’ll be responsible for our paid ads and social visual identity - designing striking, on-brand assets. If you’re a fast-moving, performance-aware designer who thrives in high-agency environments, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Design high-converting creatives for Meta ad campaigns (static & motion)
• Create standout visuals for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborate with growth and content to concept and test new ideas quickly
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Keep up with trends in design to keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in design, ideally in performance or growth environments
• A portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content (targeting B2B)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling

Bonus points:

• Motion design or animation experience
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Startup/scaleup experience, or in creative agencies
