About the Role
We’re hiring an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) Lead to oversee person-centered behavioral health services across North Carolina. In this role, you will provide leadership and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team that delivers comprehensive community-based mental health support. You’ll ensure that clients receive individualized, flexible care addressing the full range of their recovery and wellness needs. This position involves high-frequency, community-based engagement and coordination of care for adults with serious mental illness (SMI).

Responsibilities

        Lead and manage the daily operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team

        Provide direct clinical supervision, support, and guidance to team members

        Conduct client assessments and ensure individualized treatment planning

        Coordinate and deliver community-based mental health and rehabilitation services

        Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with state and agency standards

        Serve as the primary point of contact for interdisciplinary collaboration and client care coordination

        Promote recovery-focused and trauma-informed practices throughout all service delivery

Required Qualifications

        Master’s degree in Human Services or related field

        Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with the population served

        Full or Associate Licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist

        Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

        Three (3) years of related experience and/or training in behavioral health or case management

        Prior experience leading or supervising a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
