As an Activity Security Representative, you will provide comprehensive security oversight across multiple classified program areas. You’ll be responsible for implementing security policy, leading security reviews, advising program staff, managing incident responses, and ensuring airtight compliance across all operational security domains.
This is a hands-on, on-site position supporting a fast-paced environment where accuracy, discretion, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day security operations for a portfolio of sensitive government programs
Interpret and apply complex security regulations, directives, and policies
Develop, refine, and execute program-specific security procedures
Conduct facility reviews, readiness checks, compliance assessments, and close-out activities
Track, report, and follow through on corrective actions and process improvements
Provide briefings to leadership and staff on security requirements, responsibilities, and updates
Investigate and document security incidents, including potential information compromises
Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and process gaps, and recommend enhancements
Support personnel security matters, documentation, training, and onboarding requirements
Partner with program managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders to maintain a strong security posture
Contribute to security education, awareness initiatives, and team-wide best practices
Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to junior security personnel
What You Bring
5–7+ years of experience in security operations, program protection, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
