Key Responsibilities

Event & Activation Support

Assist in planning and execution of events, booths, and activations
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication
Support on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations

Campus & Community Engagement

Support rollout of student ambassador programs and university activations
Coordinate with campus partners and assist in event execution
Help manage and grow community engagement across offline initiatives

OOH & Campaign Support

Assist in execution and monitoring of OOH placements
Ensure alignment between OOH campaigns and on-ground activations

Operations & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Community, CRM)
Track campaign deliverables and timelines
Assist in reporting and performance tracking

Requirements

1–3 years experience in events, activations, or marketing operations

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Willing to be hands-on and on-ground for events

Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
