Outline of Available Positions:  

 

  • Store Leader (Store Manager): The Store Leader works under the direction of the Regional Leader and plays a critical role leading a team that will deliver excellent customer experience in a dynamic and fun environment. The Store Leader should demonstrate strong leadership, customer service skills, the ability to work well both in a team and individually, and a curiosity for all things tech and gaming-related. The annual salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 per year. 

 

  • Team Lead (Store Supervisor): The primary responsibilities are to ensure customers receive a positive experience during their visit and to oversee all staff on shift, providing them with guidance and assistance as needed. Team Lead has overall expectation to lead by example, model behaviours around attendance, attitude, and attention to detail. The hourly wage for this role is $24.57.
