  • Support acquisition execution, portfolio oversight, and PEO implementation guidance.
  • Review, analyze, and recommend changes to acquisition statutes, policies, regulations, and guidance at various levels (OSD, ASN (RD&A), PEO, NAVWAR, Congress).
  • Research and provide responses to acquisition-related policy and procedural inquiries.
  • Prepare and review key acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies, Decision Memoranda, Program Baselines, and Plans, ensuring alignment with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF).
  • Facilitate data transparency efforts, supporting the development of metrics and visualizations for assessing program health and risks.
  • Review and provide recommendations on periodic reports such as RDAIS, DAES, and Modernized Selected Acquisition Reports.
  • Respond to acquisition-related data calls and maintain an updated portfolio overview of PEO programs and projects.
  • Coordinate and consolidate executive summary inputs for decision reviews and other critical meetings.
  • Document, summarize, and track action items from acquisition-related meetings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition templates and examples in collaboration with NAVWAR 6.0’s Acquisition Program Structure Guide.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a minimum of seven (7) years experience
  • SECRET security clearance minimum
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
