Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
- Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be executed effectively.
- Handle project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
- Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at the site, with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementation of works.
- Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
- Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices are always adhered to.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
- Ability to read and use AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
