About the function

Are you ready to own the accounts receivable process and take it to the next level? In this role, you won’t just follow existing procedures—you’ll be encouraged to improve and optimize them. As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we manage incoming payments, streamline collections, and enhance customer interactions.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to receivables, with the autonomy to spot inefficiencies and implement improvements. Your responsibilities include:

• Own and manage the full accounts receivable process, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve.
• Track and collect incoming payments accurately.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices in line with internal deadlines.
• Monitor accounts for late payments and take action according to internal policies.
• Investigate and respond to customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Support the handover of overdue accounts to collection agencies when necessary.
• Perform regular checks to maintain the accuracy of financial records and sub-ledgers.
• Support the preparation and execution of invoicing processes.
