Job Description
- Issuing global sales invoices within project-based operations, working closely with project and operational teams.
- Performing regular reconciliations and controls of customer and vendor accounts.
- Managing and tracking document circulation (invoices, contracts, tax documents, etc.) for overseas group companies.
- Monitoring withholding tax (WHT) deductions made by international customers, collecting relevant documentation and sharing with local accounting teams.
- Monitoring account balances, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution processes.
- Ensuring regular and accurate information flow between accounting, finance and project teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or similar roles.
- Preferably experienced in international or multinational company structures.
- Strong experience in customer and vendor account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of international invoicing, foreign currency transactions and accounting processes.
- Experience in tracking and documenting withholding tax (WHT) deductions applied abroad.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English (written communication and document follow-up).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and highly follow-up driven.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
