We’re looking for an Accountant (Accounts Receivables) to join our Finance Team and support our day-to-day sales accounting operations. Our Finance Team plays a key role in the business — handling core accounting tasks while closely collaborating with other departments to help them make informed decisions.
This role is a great opportunity if you’re accurate, motivated to learn, and keen to develop your skills in sales accounting — even if you’re still at the beginning of your career (we don’t require much prior experience).
Verifying, issuing, and posting sales invoices
Handling returns and adjustments related to sales corrections
Collaborating with the Customer Support team on sales settlements
Verifying VIES numbers for EU transactions
Entering selected accounting documents into the system
Supporting the preparation of auxiliary reports (e.g. CC599C, Intrastat)
Preparing GUS (Central Statistical Office) reports
Supporting payment preparation and posting bank statements (as backup)
Assisting with account reconciliation and register analysis
Contributing to month-end closing activities

What we’re looking for:
Experience in an accounting department in a similar role
Accuracy and analytical thinking
Basic knowledge of tax regulations
Willingness to learn and develop in the area of sales accounting
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent Polish and at least communicative English
Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with FK Symfonia accounting software
Experience in an e-commerce company exporting goods to the EU
