Accounts Payable Processor

Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art. 

General Description:
The Accounts Payable analyst is responsible for processing vendor payments and other financial liabilities of HRL Laboratories
 
Essential Duties:
Review invoices to ensure aligned with the receiving report and purchase orders, and ensure the invoices have been approved for payment processing
Analyze vendor accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy 
 
Required Skills:
Attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records of payments made and owed
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other accounting professionals to perform audits of all financial transactions
 
Required Education:
High School diploma required. 
Prefer college classes in finance, but not required
 
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in an office environment

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $28.35- $34.00 per hour + bonus + benefits.
Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
