Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Team Lead
- Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued services
- Conduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve
- Analyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols
- Ensure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reports
- Perform other supervisory tasks as required
Administrative and Back Office
- provides administrative support across the HR, Benefits, and HRIS functions.
- uploading and tracking documents in the HRIS, processing department related invoices, and maintaining internal systems and trackers.
HR Support
- Review and process HR-related invoices
- Upload associate documents into the HRIS (e.g., terminations, transfers, onboarding forms)
- Maintain and update HR data within the system
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes as needed
- Assist with audit preparation and file maintenance
- Respond to basic HR-related administrative requests
Benefits Support
- Process and track benefits-related invoices
- Upload and maintain benefits documents (e.g., COBRA notices, enrollment forms) in the HRIS
- Track benefits-related Leave of Absence activity and data points with Direct Bill
- Coordinate with vendors for administrative follow-up (as needed)
- Assist with benefits-related audits and compliance tracking
HRIS Administration
- Excel and report generation
- There is no external voice component to the work, but there are a lot of emails. A lot of Excel work as well across all departments.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years experience as an HR Associate / Generalist
- At least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- BPO Experience is a PLUS!
- Good working knowledge with MS tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-LOOKUP)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Wiling to work onsite in Makati
- Amenable working night shifts
