As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices for companies under the Mission family. Compensation starting at $24/hour, DOE, open to discussion! Duties
  • Maintain all current invoices and ensures proper approval prior to processing.
  • Process invoices, track approvals and maintain vendor records in Concur.
  • Responsible for scanning accounting documents and importing into accounting software.
  • Preferences
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables) required.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles including accruals and month end close is preferred.
  • Ability to write and speak proper English to communicate with inside and outside customers.
