Accounts Executive

Now We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate recording of transactions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all accounting transactions accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify and process utility bills and other monthly payments.
• Generate invoices as per standard rates and ensure timely billing.
• Prepare and maintain collection reports and sales reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience or familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting tools.
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
