The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable - AR) - Fresh Grad to join our team. If you are passionate about finance, possess a keen eye for detail, and are ready to kickstart your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • AR:  To prepare the month ageing report, bad debts provision and DSO / AP.  To process vendor invoices, communicate with Interco parties

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in AR
  • Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin
  • Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

Highly Desirable:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to do multitasking job
  • Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Korean / Thai able to converse in decent clear communication
