Coveo is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team. With a variety of responsibilities covering accounts receivable and payable, you will support different team members in a multi-currency environment.

As one of our Accounting Technician, you will: 

• Record our supplier invoices.
• Account for sales contracts and customer billing.
• Ensure the follow-up of payments from our customers and payments to our suppliers.
• Process employee expense accounts.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards.
• Actively participate in month-end closing and various projects

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• A relevant diploma (AEC, DEP, or technical diploma in accounting).
• Excellent adaptability as you will need to work in an environment that changes often.
• A keen sense of organization and planning to meet all deadlines.
• Comfort communicating with various stakeholders who are both francophone and anglophone.

What would make you stand out:

• Excellent knowledge of the various tools at your disposal (e.g., Excel, accounting systems, etc).
• A team player who loves collaboration.
• A desire to learn, striking motivation, and unparalleled curiosity.
