Role Overview
As an Accounting Team Leader in Qoyod’s Bookkeeping team, you will oversee the delivery of core service lines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements, ensuring that all client bookkeeping activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the bookkeeping team in delivering high-quality services in line with Qoyod’s standards
- Continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on the progress of operational projects and process-focused objectives
- Ensure project execution aligns with business goals and client expectations
- Offer guidance and problem-solving support to team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Maintain effective systems for monitoring KPIs and ensure all team performance metrics are consistently met
- Establish a strong backup and continuity plan to avoid disruptions in service delivery
- Oversee accurate documentation, filing, and bookkeeping record control across all service lines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience working with an accounting\auditing firm is preferred
