Accounting Team Lead (AP/AR) - ISTA Solutions

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Accounting agents

• Conduct training, coaching, providing insights and action plans for improvement.

• Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols.

• Ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports.

• Process invoices and payments

• Review, approve, and validate GL codes

• Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks

• Perform other supervisory tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in the accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
• At least 6 months of experience as a Team Leader
• Proficient in using MS Tools
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
