We are looking for a “Accounting Specialist” for our Finance Team. If you want to join as a part of our ongoing succes story, apply now!
Main responsibilities will include:
Managing of daily expense invoices
Issuing and accounting of sales invoices
Checking, reconciling and reporting all trial balance items to the Accounting Manager in accordance with the month's closing calendar
Issuing and accounting of flight ticket sales invoices
Regularly monitoring airline limits and completing the monthly closing accurately and on time
Supporting the preparation of monthly statements
Reporting to the Accounting Manager in all financial matters and meeting incoming requests
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Minimum 4 years of experience about Accounting
Experienced in reporting and data analysis
Having knowledge about LOGO program
Experienced in E-invoice applications and processes
SMMM Certificate is preferred
Able to use MS Office programs effectively
