Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
This is a full-time position that requires 35-40 hours/week in our South San Francisco/Chongqing office. The major responsibility of an Accountant is to analyze data, finance reports, budgets, tax returns, and accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to CEO and board members.
• Periodically prepare financial reports, budget reports, payroll, revenue, and profit forecasting.
• Manage account payable account and Processing payment to vendors.
• Processing monthly bill payments.
• Prepare quarterly and annual entity level tax basis financial statements, and work with CPA firm to process the tax return.
• Bookkeeping and Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries.
