We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. This position is fully onsite. Salary: $80-100k/yr Resonsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor and manage inventory accounting, including standard cost variance analysis.

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring professional development and efficiency.

Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong managerial experience

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
